1. Request for Quotation Acceptance: TVCCL accepts the inquiry sent by any country guest and gives the fastest instant reply.
2. Confirmation of requirements: Confirm the inquiry content and other requirements sent by the customer.
3. Quotation processing: Confirm the delivery date with the Manufacturing department, and give the customer the best quality price after providing the cost calculation.
4. Send quotation: Once TVCCL received the inquiry, the quotation and drawings were returned to the customer on the same day. (Except for special cases.)
5. Order production: After receiving the order, we will re-confirm the delivery date and order content, then immediately arrange the production process.

1. Commodity repair: The customer informs the product where a problem has, and asks the customer to give the order detail to search the related information.
2. Warranty Confirmation: Confirm whether the goods are still within the warranty period. (Free warranty for one year after shipment)Within Warranty period: free repair and replacement parts Out of the warranty period: Assess the condition of the goods and report the repair costs to the customer.
3. Analysis of the situation: To find out where the product be used and temperature media, and propose professional solutions to the problem
4. Solve the problem: If the customer still can't solve the problem after the above improvement plan, return to the factory for repair.
