  • 12-Month Product Warranty: We offer a 1-year free warranty after shipment. Within this 12-month period, TVCCL provides free repair or replacement services for any defects related to manufacturing or materials.
  • Warranty Claim Process: When an issue is identified, please provide the following information to initiate our engineering evaluation:
    1. A description of the issue with on-site photos.
    2. Pipeline installation distance and orientation (flow direction).
    3.  Operating environmental conditions (media, temperature, pressure).

(Once confirmed as a product responsibility, the customer returns the valve to us. TVCCL will complete the necessary handling and ship it back.)
