Dual plate wafer type check valve with full rubber is usually used in seawater desalination system.

Usually we chose iron body and aluminum bronze disc to complete the valve.

Dual plate wafer type check valve with full rubber don’t need MOQ.

Dual plate wafer type check valve with full rubber can applied in the sewage industry, sea water treatment and desalinization project, and etc.

For rubber test, we have Pinhole test machine, also do self-test if require.Rubber seat usually use in sea water. The inner body is full covered by rubber. Compared to other check valves, this design owns the better watertight effect.

Dual Plate Check Valve Installation Guide:

When installing a check valve, it can be used in both indoor and outdoor environments. However, if the medium is corrosive or the surroundings are prone to rust, it is essential to select a valve material combination that matches the conditions to ensure durability and safety. For special operating conditions, it is recommended to consult TVCCL’s technical team for professional advice.
Before installation, all debris, oxidation scale, and solid impurities inside the pipeline should be thoroughly removed to prevent interference with the valve’s operation. During installation, the flow direction of the medium must align with the arrow marked on the valve body. The piping should be aligned at the front and rear centers, with flange interfaces kept parallel and bolts evenly tightened. Special attention should be paid to the distance between the check valve and the pump, which should be six to eight times the valve size to ensure stable system performance.
For routine maintenance, regular inspections should be conducted to check for leakage, abnormal noise, or vibration. In addition, the valve should be periodically examined for signs of corrosion, jamming, or other irregularities. Necessary cleaning, dust removal, and residue treatment should be performed to maintain proper equipment operation and extend its service life.

PRESSURE - TEMPERATURE RATING

These values are calculated by considering the reduction in material strength at elevated temperatures, ensuring that valves do not fail due to overpressure or overheating under actual operating conditions. When selecting a valve, users must first determine the operating temperature and then consult the table to verify whether the corresponding pressure class can safely handle the system pressure. The table also categorizes materials into groups—such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel—since each material behaves differently under high temperatures, and the allowable pressures vary accordingly. In summary, the pressure-temperature rating table is a fundamental tool for ensuring valve safety. For engineers, it serves not only as a design reference but also as a critical component of risk management.

CV PRESSURE DROP FORMULA

The Cv and Kv values are essential parameters used to evaluate the flow capacity and pressure drop characteristics of a valve. The Cv (Flow Coefficient) represents the flow rate of water, in U.S. gallons per minute, that passes through a valve with a pressure drop of 1 psi. The Kv value is the equivalent metric unit, indicating the flow rate in cubic meters per hour at a pressure drop of 1 bar.
