TVCCL manufacturing plant is based in Taiwan, is equipped with machines covering the complete dual check valve production range; special machines are dedicated to the production of all the dual plate check valve components and assembly process is being executed under one roof.

The dual plate check valve Assembly will consist of body, disc , spring ,retainers, bearing and pin.
The Dual plate check valve has two semicircular D-shaped closure plates loaded with spring and hinged on a central hinge pin such that they can swivel freely about the axis of the hinge pin.
The hinge pin with the spring and plates are supported by two retainers on either side and mounted on the body.
