CF8.CF8M Solid lug retainerless dual check valve

Full lug type dual plate check valve with retainerless design is also hermetic, which means there are no drillings in the body, and because there are now pins in a support that is attached to the body, the chance of leakage is greatly reduced.

Full lug type with retainerless dual plate check valves are supplied in scallop to keep the weight as low as possible, thereby minimizing the cost.

Full lug type with retainerless dual plate check valves does not need expensive brackets or bases because the average weight of a dual plate wafer check valves is less than 10% of a conventional flanged check valve.

Lug type valves are provided with threaded bolting holes in accordance with API 594.
API 594 design — API 598 tested dual plate check valves. Wafer pattern twin plate check valve are applicable for air, gas, liquids, and vapors.

TVCCL Retainerless wafer check valve body features a single cast body without penetration through the body wall, eliminating the possibility of outside leakage; making it a preferable option for High-temperature work environment. Under the normal using situation, TVCCL guarantee retainerless type valve does not have any leakage problem on Body. Dual plate check valve with retainerless are available in 4 basic types: Wafer, Lug, Solid Lug, Flanged end, and in an extensive range of sizes, pressure classes and materials.
TVCCL check valve made of selected materials, each valve we made can offer the material certificate which according to BS EN 10204 3.1. Under the normal using situation, we can guarantee the TVCCL valve is more durable than the other manufacturers. And the performance is more reliable and practical. Using check valve under normal situation all can achieve the non-return effect. However, if the pipeline installation distance is less than 6~8 times the size of the valve, the life of the check valve may be shortened or the valve body and parts may be damaged.

CF8.CF8M - literally, "stainless steel" is the steel rusty hardly. Stainless steel is used where both the properties of steel and corrosion resistance are required.
Stainless Steel are devided into many serials. Most commonly are A351 CF8,A351 CF8M,A351 CF3M…etc.
Sold lug type retainerless type check valve has no leak path to toward outside.Solid Lug Type check valve also called Full Lug type check valve. It is named the Lug type is because the shape is like the ear. Full Lug type is suitable for the environment where the space is small, because the flange hole has tapping, it can save the space occupied by the nut and the cost of the nut. Full Lug check valve has the same advantages and installation with Lug type, just the shape is different. Full Lug type Check valve is threaded (Flange holes by tapping). Also, after tapping the holes, it only needs the bolt to install, it can decrease the spent of Nuts on the contrary. Clamped between flanges with bolting passing through the body of a valve. The full lug type wafer type check valve's design that one end of the line can be taken off without having an effect on the opposing side. This can be executed by using flanges, along with two sets of lugs (bolts) that don't utilize nuts since each flange features its own bolts. It's also important to note that you don't need to shut down the entire system in order to clean, inspect, repair, or replace a lug wafer valve.
The Retainerless type is a type which body without pin retainer holes in the body. Retainerless type check valve use carrier and screw instead of retainer function to fix the pin. This design minimizes prospective leak paths through the valve body making it a preferable option for highly toxic, corrosive, or hazardous gas chemical processing applications. Retainerless valves are also suitable for high-temperature liquid, natural gas, steam service applications. Retainerless type check valve all inserts/parts are all the same as Dual plate check valve, except for using carrier and screw to replace the retainer. Simply, Dual plate check valve is drill four holes through the body of the check valve to facilitate installation of a hinge pin and stop pin, but Retainerless can be fixed by carrier and screw and is no need to drill the holes outside of valve’s body. Model: TC8 Wafer or Double Door Check Valves have no through holes. The Retainerless special to use in industry, especially offshore or onshore pipelines, there is a tremendous concern for fugitive emissions and potential environmental concerns. Retainerless check valve design also provides higher integrity on high pressure, ensuring no concerns about leakage.
